1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Race Analyzer ("Service"), operated by Race Analyzer ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Race Analyzer is a web application that provides:

• RC racing lap time analysis from publicly available MyRCM and LiveRC event data
• Head-to-head driver comparison tools
• Club championship management features (paid plans)
• Championship standings email distribution (Club plan)

3. Account Registration

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Race Analyzer offers both free and paid subscription tiers. For paid plans:

• Subscriptions are billed in USD via Stripe
• Monthly plans renew automatically each month; annual plans renew each year
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's Manage Billing page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to current subscribers
• Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused periods in cases of genuine error

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Race Analyzer to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute race data fetched through the service at scale
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• Use automated bots or scripts to abuse the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content

6. Data and Race Results

Race Analyzer fetches publicly available race result data from MyRCM and LiveRC by loading event URLs you provide. We do not store this data beyond your active session, and we make no warranty as to the accuracy of third-party data. Lap times and race results are owned by their respective providers.

Championship data (members, rounds, results, standings) that you enter manually is your own data and remains yours. You may export or delete it at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The Race Analyzer application, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal and club use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Race Analyzer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that lap time data will be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
